Moisturizer is one of the most essential steps in any routine, no matter

All skincare lovers know…

Moisturizer is one of the most essential steps in any routine, no matter your age or skin type.

After all, it’s a key player in maintaining supple, radiant skin and keeping wrinkles at bay.

But if you’re not following the fast & easy moisturizer “rule” I’m sharing today… you’re NOT getting maximum benefits from your skincare.

It’s called the “Golden Minute Rule.”

The "Golden Minute" is the 60 seconds right after you step out of the shower or wash your face.

Once that minute is up, the water on your skin starts to evaporate… dehydrating your skin in seconds.

So, if you want to enhance your routine and get the most out of your products…

Apply your skincare while your skin’s still damp, to lock in the hydration before it can escape.

After showering or washing your face, dry your skin partially with a clean towel.

Then immediately apply your toner, serum, or moisturizer before the “golden minute” is up. (This works for your body and face routine.)

And here’s a spa-inspired hydration-boosting tip you can do without a shower…

Simply saturate a small towel in water & wring out the excess. Then, microwave it in a bowl for 60 seconds.

Test the towel temperature on your inner arm to make sure it’s comfortably hot. After cleansing, lay the towel over your face for about 5 minutes.

(Relax for a while — it feels SO good.)

Then, when you feel it start to cool down, remove the towel and immediately apply your skincare.

The hot towel will “open” your pores and help your moisturizer sink in deeper, where your skin needs it most.

Plus, the towel will leave your skin slightly damp. That means you can take advantage of the “Golden Minute Rule” whenever you want…

And start seeing skin that looks smoother, plumper, and more radiant than ever.

Remember, great application techniques are just as important as great skincare products. And they’re usually very easy to do.

The tips I shared today are just a few simple things anyone

can do to enhance their existing routine.

So, I hope you give these tips a try and let me know how they work for you!

Stay Beautiful,
